RETURN PROCEDURE

The return must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
. We recommend that you book the collection within 7 days from the delivery date to make sure it arrives within the established deadlines.

• We will send you a confirmation email with all the details necessary to complete the return

• Place all the items with their original packaging inside the NUMBER EIGHT box if your order contains multiple items you will need to return the items you intend to return in a single tranche.

• DEFECTIVE ITEMS

It is our goal that every item arrives in excellent condition and we hope you are always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a condition that does not match the description on the site or is damaged, please notify customer service as soon as possible. If possible, we will arrange to send out a replacement or full refund of the defective item.
